At Motorhome Depot, we respect your right to manage your personal data, including the ability to delete your account permanently. This policy outlines the steps required to request account deletion via the Motorhome Depot mobile application.

2. Account Deletion Process

If you wish to delete your Motorhome Depot account, please follow these steps:

1. Open the Motorhome Depot mobile application on your device.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Navigate to the Account tab located in the bottom navigation bar.
4. Scroll down and select Delete Account.
5. Confirm the deletion request when prompted.

Upon confirmation, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently removed from our system, subject to any legal obligations requiring data retention.

• Irreversible Action: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, all associated data, including listings, saved searches, and personal preferences, will be erased.
• Data Retention: In accordance with applicable data protection laws, certain transaction records or legal obligations may require us to retain limited information for compliance purposes.
• Processing Time: Account deletion requests are processed immediately. However, some data may remain in backup systems for a limited period before being fully purged.
